Made from Chinese/Royal Empress (Paulownia tomentosa)

This timber is lightweight and yet strong and flexible. It is also impervious to salt water, which makes it ideal for building these boards. Finished with bees wax.

This board was created in collaboration with first Nations Artist, Andy Snelgar as a part of the Ocean Dreaming Collection.
